Every job I've ever had has centered around writing. Now, as a semi-retiree, I'm pursuing part-time opportunities as writer, editor and proofreader that can use the skills I’ve developed as an award-winning writer and my experience as an editor and project manager.

As a journalist, I’ve been published in Esquire and Outside, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, and have won awards for my features articles in the San Diego Union-Tribune. As a marketing writer and manager at Computer Sciences and Candle Corporation, my work earned regional and national recognition from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
